Problems with the horns... (always something)

Alright I'm getting ready to cut the fenders and I had to remove some brackets and the horn mount so it doesn't get in the way and I need to mount someplace else. Anyways, when I went to reconnect them, they didn't work... I checked the fuse and its fine and I'm certain I unhitched everything properly kinda at a loss.... Any help appreciated, thanks n.n

The horns are run by a relay. The horn button just operates it. Not sure about yours, but mine is below where the air box is.
