I don't know if this is where this goes, but...
We went up to Eagle Rock on Sunday for a little shakedown run before the Asian Express run on the weekend of the 8th. I wanted to make sure that there were no little gremlins in my junk!! We live very close by, so it is a quick run up Gold Camp road. The trail has taken a beating from the recent rains, and was considerably more difficult than prior runs here....AWESOME!! We didn't get a lot of pics, but here are a few.

We did have a slight amount of carnage. My friend in the teal XJ tore the DS UCA from the unibody....OUCH!! This happened about half way through that trail, so we had a rather interesting trip out. All I can say is...WOW, Jeeps are amazing!! He said he couldn't even tell it was gone!! We just took our time, and babied it a little on the way out, and it was fine. It is parked now, awaiting repair!! We are going to try to get it repaired before this weekend, but we will see!! I have to say, the addition of the front locker made a HUGE difference in the abilities of my rig. I basically walked through the trail with little issue. Looking forward to a great season of wheeling...even though it's half over!!
