My name's Russ.I just retired my 97 XJ from everyday duty and am looking forward to refreshing her for a new life.I've always done my own mechanical work,so I'll be reading all tha tips and hits I can get from the forums.Some XJ get togethers may also be in order.Thanks for the cool site.

Oh cool. I wouldn't mind driving my 1998 for a "fun" vehicle, but then I wouldn't get the enjoyment of driving it everyday.

Hey Russ, welcome again. XJs are fun vehicles that combine comfort and capability, but you already know that. What do you have in mind for your fun toy?
