Back Seat Switch -A-Roo?

Does anyone know if the back seats of Grand Cherokees can be mounted into XJ's of similar model years? I would like to have seats with head rests for when my young'ns are riding with me. Has anyone on here tried such a thing?

I've seen a write up of it someplace but you have to trim the foam on the seat cushion from what I remember. If I find it I'll post it.
