I found the forum search SBC swaps into Cherokees.

Possibly considering getting a 94 4dr with a blown engine. My dad will let me grab it for scrap value. Front and rear bumpers are bent, its not 4wd and I have to throw some front seats in it.

Main thing is. putting a good ole GM v8 up front. Looking into a LM7 5.3 for it. I'll make a complete thread on this in the proper section.

Back ground info,

I do car audio competition. I was in the Army(11B). I have good back ground in automotive repair. My dad and pops both wear gold patches.

Also, I'm more of a go fast guy than go off road. My last truck was a ext cab f250 6.9idi on 38s, pig nasty lol.

I got into trucks because I'm a go fast guy also, and someone was going to die.

Having it lifted with big tires and several hundred pounds of additional weight helps me justify not drag racing the Honda's. I just creep over into their lane. :D
