If I read this right you have 5.5" total?

Check your upper shock nuts. If they are not tight your shocks could be moving up and down in the mounting holes. Also check your track bar bushings.

get under it and get a buddy to kinda rock it up and down plus move the steering wheel side to side...ya might see something moving...worth a shot and will be something minor..

Do you flex joints on your control arms? They are pretty noisy.

At 5.5" your lower track bar will be at quite an angle. When you hit a bump, some of the energy is transferred directly upward into the frame. It is a common problem when going up that high on short suspension links. There are two cures for it. A control arm drop bracket and going to long arms.

My trackbar on my 2000 thumps and pops all the time its brand new RC adjustable one I have tried 4 different ones and still does it so I have determined its the frame bracket so you may want to look at it close I'm about to order a new one in hopes it solves my popping,
