I'm guessing thats the vacuum canister. And you can move it any where you want. Just extend the vac line

Thanks. Any ideas where is best to relocate it to?

It's the carbon canister for emission purposes. My last ZJ it got busted open, that's how I know there's carbon in it, and I'm not sure where you'd relocate it. It would need to be kept upright but I bypassed mine after it busted and didn't notice any difference.

Windshield washer bottle. You can use an earlier type and move it to the engine compartment above the left fender well.
