I have a 99 xj and it's time for a tune up. Has anyone has had any experience with the msd ignition and coil?? Is it worth the money? Please advise

To answer your second question; no.
The stock ignition system is already very good so I'd stick with stock replacement parts. MSD's quality control seems to have gone down the toilet since they started outsourcing manufacturing outside the USA and they've had many new parts fail. It's not for nothing that the joke MSD = My Spark Died has been going around other forums.

champion copper plugs, NAPA distributor cap with brass tips and good rotor. Also throw in some quality 8mm wires.
