this is a REAL story, it is a phonogram between ministry of interior and a local police station (carabinieri) of a small town called Rocca Canuccia, in Italy.

Regarding EPI CENTER, he is not in our master list nor in that of neighboring municipality - stop -
Might be, if ther was type error in your telex, of BEPI CENTER, known and respected school teacher, however taken into custody awaiting for further instructions - stop-
