I am in the process of installing my new Rusty's upper and lower control arm brackets, and D30 truss. I have a 4.5" Rubicon Express superflex short arm kit, but would like to upgrade to a long arm kit in the future. Should I adjust pinion angle with the mounts? I'm thinking not, as long arms will be adjustable. thanks for the input.

Kris, the thing you want to first shoot for is castor angle. The high pinion diffs do well with this lift. You can use an angle finder or smart phone with free app to find the castor angle by measuring it on top of the upper ball joint

Yeah, I was looking into that as well. I figured pinion angle would be the more important of the two, as long is I didn't go crazy. thanks! You wouldn't happen to have any other tips for a mod like this would ya?

Just that you will need to take the track bar off before you can start putting your new links in. And when you start putting together the new links, put in a new top link first before you take the other top link out. Then take all the others off. Then put a bottom link on the other side and set the castor angle, then the other top link and then the last bottom link. You might find you need to move the axle sideways a little to line everything up. If you have Johnny Joints in them, put the bushing end in first then move the end to the frame and install.
