Ok I have two, both tan color and fully functional, One is from a 99, it has keyless entry module but i dont have the remote and has small rips on the cloth which is this one:

and i have one from a 98. This one isnt ripped and has keyless entry with the controller programmed. everything is plug and play. Here are the pictures. sorry is dark outside and I have it installed. Its fully functional:
