Loose Driver Window

Hello, greenhorn here.
My driver power window works well, except that when putting the window down, near the bottom, it starts to shake a bit. I took the door panel off and inspected. I have about an inch of play up and down, but all of the bolts looked tight and I cannot figure out where to adjust/tighten, or if that is even possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just the window itself is loose up and down. All tracks and regulator tight?

thanks for the reply, the tracks are all tight as far as I can tell. I do not know about the regulator, as I didnt know where to look inside the door.

I'm gonna say its a worn out window regulator. That would be my guess. Cheap to get at the junkyard but a PITA to replace
