Saw a write-up on one of these on another website. Has anybody here run one? From what ive seen the biggest problem is where the snorkle hooks to the stock air box. Apparently there is a piece that screws to the front of the airbox where the factory air inlet is. Then the flex pipe goes down into the fender and hooks to the snorkle. Think there are some clearance issues there. But if you get a little more creative on hooking up the snorkle it seems like you could have a nice looking store bought snorkle for pretty cheap. Might get me one.

Doesn't look like too bad of a deal really... If I had the money to spare right now, I think I might actually look at that..

Do you remember 96XJ? I believe this is the same snorkel that he ordered directly from China. If so it's "modeled" after the ARB snorkel.

A friend of mine got the china snorkel, $70.00 + $70.00 SH came right from china. The only thing it didn't come with was instructions on how to install it. This looks exactly the same. If it is it's a great product , sturdy and well made. My idea was to buy a bunch of them n resell also. I know the price has benn goinup on them so thats also a pretty good deal.

If I could find one like the air flow design I'd buy one.

Manufactured from premium high quality LLDPE ( Linear Low Density Polyethylene)

Beware. Ittl be a delicate flower, prone to being ripped open by any little branch or rock or other. Unless the material is robust thickness wise, which personally I doubt, its not going to be worth the 120.00.

My personal experience with these cheap overseas knock off snorkel systems is as above. Ive handled and/or installed quite a few, and I can tell you that invariably theyre of thin construction, and quite delicate. Crease VERY easy, and prone to puncture/gashing. JFYI.
