I need a new track bar, my bds one sucks. Not only is it worn out, but it just seems like a dumb design.
What should I get? Any suggestions? Why?

Well let's start with what the problem is with your current trackbar, and how you screwed it up. Wheeling, day to day, or both? How long did it last, and how is it non-functional now.

The ball joint that mounts to the chassis is worn out beyond use. Age, off road and daily driving has made it obsolete.

I can't vouch for what's good but I can say stay far far away from SkyCrapper! They eat lower bushings like crazy and they're some weird size. Not expensive to replace but who wants to rip out the trackbar every few months?

Yep. Knowing THE PERSON that makes the part, oh and also already having uppers and lowers from Ironman, well it makes it an easy decision.

After trashing my own, I am of the opinion that once you lift a rig, a standard duty track bar will not cut it. The higher you go, the tougher it needs to be.

Ok so after contacting BDS (helps that I can order it through work, being a parts tech and all) I was able to get a new bushing. My cost $3.72 for the repair kit. So until it wears out again I'm sticking with the bds, cant argue with the cost. If I do a long arm kit I'll upgrade it then. For now I'll save the money for lockers.

Oh that's great news. Did they say that this was normal wear?

They didn't actually say if it was expected or not, but I did get good enough service that I'm happy to keep the bar on my Heep.

I need help here as well...I can buy a new-used BDS bar. About 2000 miles on it, for about 120 bucks. But its still single sheer.
I'm running a 3" lift and 31's with a 2" stretch.

I'm really deciding between Andys and IRO's bars. I cant find Andys bar for sale though, the one with the bracket & brace??

I currently roll on Rusty's HD adjustable track bar. No issues what so ever. But I have sitting in my garage a TNT Customs OTK track bar. It makes my Rusty's look like a wet noodle.
That is beautiful geometry on the above post.
