Pop the range lever off the transfer case add the one ball joint to the new range lever first then up it goes. There is plenty of room for the rest. Keeping the interior handle in place was a hassle...

I finally bolted up my Boostwerks kit ... Should have done it sooner. Tcase shifts smooth as butter now. Something it hasn't done in three years now.
