From 4WDhardware, called Hoodlift. Figured out that filler tube pulls out of washer, so I just extended it. All good now.

Another problem
I purchased and installed lift struts for my hood. (2001 XJ). After the install I notice it won't close because it will hit the washer bottle fill cap.I don't really want to relocate the washer...
